J. Warm Construction Company Overview
J. Warm Construction LLC is a fourth generation construction company, that provides Design Build services in Cincinnati, Ohio and the surrounding area.
The first Warm Construction Company was founded by Jacob Warm in 1903. That firm built such landmarks as the Dixie Terminal Building, the Belvedere Apartments and two complete distilleries for the Seagram Co., one in Lawrenceburg, Indiana and the other in Louisville, Kentucky.
In 1931, Warm Bros., Inc. was formed by Sydney A. Warm as Chief Executive Officer. That company continued its general construction business and added a development division constructing buildings to suit tenant's needs on a sale or lease basis. Development clients included Bois Cascade Corp., Pitney-Bowes, Sun Chemical Co., Kroger Co., International Paper, Brinks, Ryder Trucks and Sherwin-Williams.
In 1977, Warm Bros. Construction Company was formed by Alexander D. Warm and Stuart E. Warm. The third generation Warm builders greatly expanded the business going outside the Cincinnati area with many out-of-state projects. In addition, the company developed expertise in financing in order to assist its customers in making their building plans a reality.
In 2008, J. Warm Construction was formed by Gayle M. Warm, Sydney R. Warm, and Jacob W. Warm. The fourth generation Warm builders are carrying on the family tradition.
The Warm Companies have, from their earliest days, established a reputation as one of the outstanding and innovative construction companies in the Cincinnati area.
